Ordering Products:

Orders above SAR 299: Free shipping.
Orders below SAR 299: SAR 20.

Delivery Options include:

Same-day delivery (Jeddah only).
City shipping (within 3–5 days).
Store pickup (free for all orders).

Delivery Times:

Saturday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
Friday: 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
If the order is not received within the specified period, it will be canceled, and the amount refunded to the customer in accordance with the refund policy.

Exchange and Return Policy:

Exchange:
You may exchange a returned product for:

A product of equal value.
A product of lower value (with the difference refunded).
A product of higher value (with the difference paid at the time of exchange).

Return:
We offer an easy return policy to ensure customer satisfaction:

You may return a product within 7 days of receipt.
During promotions and sales: within 3 days only.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and invoice.

Glow House reserves the right to refuse return requests if we notice an unusual or suspicious number of returns.
