- You can exchange the product(s) by returning it to the nearest Glow House store within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, and 3 (three) days during sales and promotional periods, provided that the product is in its original condition, and the invoice must be presented in-store or through the website and application.
- Products that are opened or used can be returned or exchanged if there is a defect in the product, a manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or if the wrong product was delivered. In such cases, no additional shipping fees will be charged upon proof.
- In case of returns for other reasons (such as the customer’s need to replace or change the product in general), the customer must return the product to the nearest Glow House branch or bear the shipping cost.
- The refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
- For orders paid online via bank, the amount will be refunded to the bank account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the bank’s procedures.
Policies for Receiving and Delivering Returned Products by City:
First: In Jeddah:
• The customer can visit the nearest Glow House branch to complete the return or exchange free of charge.
• Or request a pickup or exchange service by courier, without any shipping fees if there is a defect or error in the product(s).
• If the reason is personal preference by the customer, shipping costs will be borne when requesting a courier.
Second: In Other Cities of the Kingdom:
• Coordination will be made with the shipping company to collect the product within 3 to 5 days.
• A pickup or exchange service can be requested by courier, without any shipping fees if there is a defect or error in the product(s).
• If the reason is personal preference by the customer, the customer will bear the full shipping cost.
Gift Card Policy:
- This card can be used as a payment method with a value of (*** SAR) during your next visit to our Glow House store.
- Gift cards are non-redeemable for cash.
- The card is valid for one-time use only, and the remaining balance cannot be refunded.
- In case of loss or damage to the card, its value will not be compensated.
- Please present the card at checkout.
