Role Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to join GlowHouse Co., playing a key role in creating a high-performance store environment, elevating the retail experience, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities: 

           Customer Experience:

  • Support the team in complex customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide training and coaching to help the team achieve sales and operational KPIs.
  • Take charge of store leadership, ensuring seamless coverage at all times.
  • Motivate and engage employees through effective leadership, fostering a loyal customer base.
  • Use customer satisfaction tools (surveys, feedback metrics) to refine the shopping experience.

    Sales Performance:

  • Inspire the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Implement effective sales techniques and ensure staff follows best practices.
  • Balance revenue growth across exclusive, in-house, and partner brands.
  • Drive promotional service goals to increase market share.

    Operations & Merchandising:

  • Maintain compliance with store policies regarding product display, pricing, and partnerships.
  • Ensure a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing store presentation.
  • Encourage the team to follow store operations procedures, ensuring efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels closely and communicate stock needs to prevent shortages.
  • Coordinate store display plans, new product launches, and brand realignments.

    Business Development & Market Analysis:

  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to assess market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze KPIs and suggest action plans to optimize business performance.
  • Develop short- and long-term strategies for enhancing brand presence.
  • Provide insights to corporate teams on customer trends, product preferences, and marketing needs.
  • Plan and execute promotional events and in-store activations.

    Team Development & Leadership:

  • Train, motivate, and empower the team through daily coaching and feedback.
  • Communicate company strategies and inspire alignment through regular meetings.
  • Recognize and reward high performance, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Identify and develop talent for succession planning in coordination with the Regional Manager.
  • Ensure the team actively participates in training programs and follows digital learning initiatives.

 

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of store management experience in retail, preferably in beauty.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Arabic and intermediate English proficiency.
